Are you ready to kick-start your career working with HR and communication projects for our Global Technology and Development (GT&D) organisation?
In the HRBP team for GT&D, we are looking for a student assistant to support with the design and implementation of our HR and communication activities .
You will join a team with 3 colleagues, all working with an agenda to build an organization with a great culture and highly engaged and motivated people. We guarantee a steep learning curve and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear about your ideas.
What is the job about?
We believe that everyone in Grundfos has passion and potential – as well as the power to influence. This is the environment where you will work as student assistant. We imagine that you will be assisting in driving key people initiatives like strategic capability building, learning and development activities and change management activities.
This includes working with:
- Learning & Development plans and activities
- Communication plans and internal branding initiatives
- Culture & employee engagement activities
- Creating HR Dashboards via HR Data and Insights
- Implementation and follow-up on HR business plans
- Roll-out of employee surveys and follow-up actions
You will be working for 10-20 hours per week depending on workload and your studies at our head office in Bjerringbro, but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and school work. There is also the possibility of working from home on agreed days to reduce travel time.
What do you need to apply?
- You are studying at bachelor’s or master’s level within Management and Business Administration and possess knowledge within change management, HRM and/or communication
- You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.
- You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
