HR Manager for Aalborg Portland A/S

We are looking for an HR Manager for Aalborg Portland A/S who will play a pivotal role in further increasing the business value of HR. You will be part of a professional HR team consisting of both HR Specialists and HR Operations and report directly to the Regional HR Director.

You will be mainly responsible for advising and supporting our leaders in Aalborg Portland. The aim of the role is to proactively take lead on HR initiatives to enhance leadership, competence, and organizational development to ensure the implementation of our business strategy.

The role will be characterized by a large span of tasks covering both strategical, operational, and project tasks.

Key accountabilities:

• Drive the HR agenda and be the key HR contact person
  
  
• Oversee all human resource operations and ensure they are aligned with our business goals, take ownership of labor law, and ensure compliance with Global HR policies and principles supported by Regional and Group HR
  
  
• Analyze and define organizational capabilities and capacity by driving organizational reviews, ad hoc people assessment, talent identification
  
  
• Carry out recruiting processes (support creation of job profiles, conduct interviews and give feedback on tests) and support onboarding
  
  
• Implement and facilitate HR annual activities
  
  
• Ensure overview and control of personnel cost and reporting towards local, regional, and group management
  
  
• Manage local union negotiations and contact to union representatives together with Line Managers

You are team-oriented and have a great ability to build strong and trusted relations with many stakeholders inside the organization.

Minimum requirements

Education: Master’s degree within HRM, business, psychology, social science, or other relevant disciplines

Experience: 8+ years of general experience in HR and solid experience in developing organizations within an international context. Most likely you have been employed as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager – preferably working with blue collars

Language: Fluent in Danish and English with great written and oral skills
