Tasks & responsibilities

You will join a team of 5 HR Business Partners who develop, implement and coordinate national and international HR tools and processes across the company. Your main responsibilities will be all round HR Business Partner assignments combined with ad hoc HR projects and processes development.

You will join an international team of highly competent HR Business partners dedicated to support and bring value to our business. We have an informal and dynamic work environment with colleagues placed in DK, UK, US and Benelux.

Skills & experience

You have a relevant educational background combined with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, and you probably also have experience from a production or project oriented international organisation. The preferred candidate has a well-developed HR toolbox and a solid understanding of employment law, legislation and HR processes in general.

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a high degree of business acumen. You are experienced working at all levels of the organisation, and you often reach buy-in for your ideas and initiatives. You are service-minded, and at the same time, you manage to challenge the organisation with positive results. Furthermore, you are fluent in Danish and English.
