We are looking for an independent Compensation & Analytics Specialist, who want to be able to play a key role in our growth journey. You will be part of a team of 13 fantastic and competent colleagues in our HR department. It is important to us that we collaborate and create great results together. You will report to Head of HR Special Projects, Jacob Gehlert.

Your position
In the role you will focus on compensation delivery initiatives i.e., new hire compensation packages, merit planning, benchmarking. You will be analyzing data, managing pay programs, and collaborating with our HR Business Partners to put together recommendations for our leaders. You will work closely together with colleagues in Denmark and abroad and with external advisers.

Your tasks & responsibilities:
  • Conduct job analysis and market price new roles or existing roles in new locations
  • Provide analytical and operational support to the SVP of HR and the Senior Management Team
  • Drive annual compensation review processes, including base salary merit increases, bonuses, and equity grants
  • Prepare and drive training and communication materials; ensure training and comms materials are up to date
  • Ensure C&B policies are always updated
  • Maintain and develop dashboard in PowerBI
  • Perform ad hoc project and program analysis as needed

To succeed in this position, we expect that your profile includes:
  • BA/BS degree - quantitative-focused major preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation or HR field, preferably within the energy industry or HR consulting firm
  • Advanced excel skills, data modelling skills, process documentation skills and super user of Power BI tools
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
