Join a league of talented HR experts
In our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our Talent & Leadership Development team with 8 fellow HR specialists dedicated to an array of programmes and initiatives. This includes global talent development and acquisition, employer branding, leadership development, performance management, our Inclusion & Diversity agenda and much more.

This position will expose you to many different divisions and stakeholders across the globe and give you the opportunity to work both strategically and hands-on as you drive and further develop our talent acquisition processes.

Shape the future of talent acquisition
Your key mission will be to secure optimal talent attraction while ensuring efficient recruitment and onboarding processes that will provide the very best experience for candidates globally.

To achieve this, you will assume global process ownership as you:

  • Explore the needs of different stakeholders and aspirations across HQ, operations and commercial markets to find common ground
  • Evaluate and redefine our global recruitment processes, including the sourcing, recruitment and pipelining of talent and develop appropriate toolkits that can be used globally
  • Explore better ways to leverage technology in order to reduce recruitment time and cost
  • Innovate employer branding in Denmark using our employer brand, “Forward Together”
  • Ensure that our global and local employer branding plans are implemented and adhered to
  • Help with further developing our talent and acquisition strategy by providing your recommendations as a subject matter expert

“Over the last 3 years, we have also developed a Global Graduate Programme to secure the top graduate talent from around the world. You will work closely with our Young Talent programme manager and take ownership of the intake and onboarding of graduates on a global scale,” says Lea Pein, Director of Global Talent & Leadership.

Recruitment expert with project management experience
Having responsibility for global processes, it is vital that you are incredibly result-driven and a strong networker across functional and geographical borders in a matrix organisation. Your communication skills are equally important, enabling you to influence decision-making.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • Have 4+ years of recruitment experience, some of which must have been in a global context
  • Have proven experience with successful project management and execution as well as owning and developing global processes end to end
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are knowledgeable about attraction and pipelining through social media, including LinkedIn
  • May be familiar with SuccessFactors and assessments tools such as SHL – though this is not a requirement
