We are looking for a business oriented and strategic HR Partner to join SAS Human Resources in SAS Denmark. You will become a part of our Scandinavian HR team, as well as a member of a local management team and you will play a key role in the continuous development of the organization. One of the primarily functions of this role is to further develop and implement the people plan of the business and to ensure that the organizational structure supports the business strategy.
The HR Partner is also responsible for the HR agenda and for providing leadership and expertise in HR related matters i.e. lead and execute operational and tactical leadership performance, talent management, organizational design, change management, workforce planning, employee engagement services and other aspects of organizational services at SAS.
A significant part of this role is to represent HR in a business characterized by large employee groups (up to 900 employees) in large collective bargaining areas.

On a typical day you will be working with:
- Understanding business context, issues and challenges to provide specific initiatives and solutions to drive the business forward.
- Work in partnership and close collaboration with the line managers and management team to understand the key performance issues, objectives and drivers and their implications for how people issues should be handled.
- You should coach, challenge & support managers in their role on people-related processes and issues.
- Drive and support change proactively, challenge with confidence, with a focus on people and organizational issues.
- Liaison with Unions on a day to day basis.
- Define and execute an annual People plan to align projects and activities in the functions you support.
- Develop a strong talent pipeline and ensure HR processes are delivered on as the business and functions require.
- Review trends and HR KPIs and identify issues and insights for discussion and action with managers.
- Collaborate with the Centers of Expertise on people related issues, to deliver the best solutions for the business and the employees.
Who are you?
- You will have relevant education and solid experience in HR, preferably as a HR Partner in a Scandinavian environment.
- You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English - both in written and oral.
- You have a proven track record of being capable of managing both operational and tactical HR matters to support various business needs and can deal with the dynamics in an evolving and fast paced environment.
- You have a strong business acumen and the ability to positively influence and collaborate in a matrix and cross-functional environment.
- You have experience from working with HR KPIs in a structured way and providing people related insights to managers.
- You are direct, robust and have experience with handling a diverse working environment and culture.
