We invite you to bring your extensive experience with operational and strategic HR into play as you will work closely with Senior Directors and Heads of Department in support of the strategic development of the business as a “trusted advisor”. At the same time you will be responsible for implementing Ramboll's global HR processes, you will run projects with strong focus on leadership and organisational development as well as work with talent development and succession planning. To succeed in this role you must have a relevant master’s degree and minimum 8 years of experience from various HR roles with at least 4 years from a similar HRBP role. You will join our HR Business Partner team in Denmark
As our new HR Business Partner you will be part of the HR Department Denmark, which is a part of Ramboll’s global HR setup. You will report to the HR Director for Ramboll Denmark and you will work out of Ramboll's office in Copenhagen. You will be part of a team of four HR Business Partners, which together cover all business units in Ramboll Denmark. We are approximately 22 dedicated HR professionals in Denmark currently on an exciting journey of growth, globalisation and change. As a part of this we are looking through our HR service deliverables, to ensure that we are equipped to accommodate both present and future demands from the business. This will change HR from a local to a global function. There is a clear desire and demand that HR supports the development of Ramboll's business, and thus you will have great opportunities to work independently into the business and contribute with high professionalism. You will provide counselling, coaching and support to managers within a wide range of HR services, and you will drive and facilitate a broad variety of people focus areas. You will establish yourself as a “trusted advisor” and proactively identify business challenges and actions to support the business.

- Drive organisational change processes in collaboration with the leadership teams
- Coaching and sparring of managers at different levels
- Support the leadership development of our leaders so they can excel in developing high performance teams with high engagement
- Facilitate workshops on people related topics
- Support employee relationships
- Drive all annual HR processes in close collaboration with business leaders
- Support on manager recruitment and onboarding of managers
- Communication with all key stakeholders within HR and within Business
- Understand and navigate the matrix organisation in Ramboll
- Drive the development of talents and successors
- Advise on salary and terms
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- A relevant master's degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience from different HR roles and at least 4 years of experience from a similar HRBP role from a complex knowledge-intensive company – either from another engineering consultancy or another professional services company
- Experience from working in a global matrix will be an advantage
- A structured working style and ability to keep an overview and prioritise in a busy and demanding working environment
- High proficiency level in HR legal
- Work proactively with high energy and can effectively handle many tasks and deliveries in a complex business environment
- Robust, change-oriented and have experience in coaching and sparring with managers at different levels
- A good sense of humour and can work both independently and in teams
- Strong communication skills and good at building relationships with great impact both in relation to people and organisational changes
- Facilitation and process consultancy and skills
- Fluent in Danish and English - verbally and in writing
