In this job you will be the champion of identifying, sourcing and selecting across all business unit but with a special focus on “techies” for our technical functions. You will collaborate with the hiring managers and the HR Business Partners to deeply understand the requirements of our jobs, the business functions and how they contribute to the organization.

As a Recruiter at Milestone
Every day you find creative ways to identify and attract talents and you engage and immerse yourself in external communities to find your way into understanding their whereabouts. You are a true detective who loves the challenge of finding hidden talent through unconventional means, and your lens for identifying the online tools and research methods is second to none.
You act as a trusted advisor to the business by building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers.
Furthermore:
· You conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, face-to-face or Skype
· Draft compelling job ads that capture the essence of the job and reaches the right candidates
· You drive the last stage of interviews using assessment tools and conduct reference checks
· You act as a true sparring partner for the hiring managers and ensures that each and every recruitment process is centered around a great experience for hiring managers and candidates
· You participate in events and career fairs where you represent the company in all the interactions with potential candidates
We ask of you
That you are independent, adaptable and highly motivated for becoming a true “Milestoner”, with a team-first mentality and passion for winning together. Furthermore, we value that you:
· Are a true storyteller and a great “connector” with people
· You have experience as a Recruiter or Researcher from either an agency or internal role and you can manage the recruitment process from A-Z independently
· You are certified in a psychometric tool and experienced in managing feedback sessions. We operate with the Master and Hogan test for both personality assessments and logical reasoning tests and we prefer if you have one of these certifications but it is not a requirement
· You have strong organizational skills and a good level of attention to detail
· It is a real plus but not a requirement if you come with an extensive network within the IT
· You communicate effortlessly in English with all levels in the organization
· You enjoy keeping up with Tech trends in order to attract the right talents through the best channels
