Foodjob Nordic is looking for an ambitious HR Business Partner to join AAK at site Aarhus.
AAK is the leading producer of specialized oils and fats for the food industry. The plant in Aarhus supplies components for AAKs other 19 factories worldwide and the site in Aarhus is the “Center of Excellence” for solutions to the global chocolate and confectionery industry. Approx. 250 people work at the site in various functions related to Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Development/R&D, Sales/Commercial and IT.
Position
Reporting to the HR Manager you will provide support for the business in line with the specialist HR functions and HR policies and strategies. The function includes both development and operational HR within the following areas:
In general you will be a trusted partner supporting the organization with personal and organizational change and you will be handling a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.

Profile
Besides a degree in Business, Management or another HR related field at minimum bachelor level you have significant experience working with talent development and HR on both strategic and operational level. You are comfortable in the HR Business Partner role and you have a service minded approach to supporting the organization. You possess excellent communication skills in both Danish and English (both orally and in writing), and you are an experienced user of IT (MS Office etc.).
On a personal level you thrive in a broad role with many aspects and many interfaces and you can relate to AAK’s company values which are; Improvement, Initiative, Innovation, Teamwork and Sense of urgency.

Position

- Recruitment – you collaborate with hiring managers to short list and interview candidates and provide expert selection support.
- Performance - annual employee potential review process including working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop robust succession plans.
- Compensation - coordinating performance review and salary planning process.
- Training and development – program design and implementation.
- Employee relations and Employment law
- HR analytics and management information
