You will be part of the HR Business Partner team in Business Line Denmark where we are working closely with management teams. We are responsible for delivering people processes and at the same time having a keen eye on the executing of the strategic people agenda in order to linking strategy with organisation, and business with people.

We are looking for a curious and solution-oriented HR Business Partner to balance smooth implementation of People initiatives and annual HR processes, with a strategic perspective where you translate business strategies into people and organisational priorities, and lead the dialogues of these priorities.
Co-creation and collaboration is essential to us, and you will be working together with different stakeholders, including managers at all levels, to ensure implementation, integration and synergies – all in collaboration with colleagues from all COWI and within the People and Communication department.

Your responsibilities will cover:
- Drive relevant organizational or people related initiatives to support the business agenda.
- Translate business strategies into people and organisational priorities and resolve people issues to deliver pragmatic outcomes.
- Drive the planning and implementation of HR activities to continuously build positive employee relations.
- Support the leaders through the activities of supporting engagement, leadership and developing of talent, organisation and culture, supported by our annual HR cycle.
- Act as trusted advisor by providing appropriate coaching to elevate the leadership team collectively and individually when supporting roll-out of Group based-initiatives.
- Liaise between leaders and Group functions on matters of recruitment, mobility and other people issues to support and build leadership and ensure adequate contextual understanding.
- Provide expert advice to COWI group functions when required e.g. Talent Management, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.

Furthermore, you should:
- Hold a degree in Cand. Merc. HRM, Cand. psych, Cand.soc or similar education
- Fluent in Danish
- Have more than 6+years of solid experience in HR business partnering role, and knowledge of the HR toolbox especially Talent management, Leadership development and Organizational development. Experience from the consulting industry would be preferable
- Have insight into models and concepts of Business and Organisational Development, and be able to convert proven knowledge of people into relevant initiatives and processes
- Have extensive knowledge of what drives success in the business, including knowledge of goals and business understanding and have business acumen
- Have a successful track record of driving change including coaching and sparring with leaders at all levels within an organisation, and you are able to design, lead and facilitate change management
- Be structured and able to prioritize expectations and assignments
- Have experience as consultant and be comfortable when designing and facilitating interventions and processes. Including insight and empathy when working with passionate people in professional relations
