We are looking for a structured, proactive and solution-oriented Senior HR Business Partner, who can partner closely with the Senior Vice President for Energy International, in driving the right organisational measures to support high growth, setting strong leadership team and ensuring diversity across our business.
JOIN OUR INTERNATIONAL HR TEAM
You will be part of the HR team in Business Line International where we play a key role in driving the business agenda from the people and organisation perspective. We are responsible for driving initiatives to support the current business priorities as well as for delivering people processes, to support a health organisation and culture.
Joining our International Business Line, you will partner to the Senior Vice President of BU Energy International. You will work from our Lyngby office and have the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. You will be a key player in shaping and growing the business unit of more than 400 skilled energy and marine specialists across Scandinavia, Germany, and South East Asia. Our specialists are involved in driving the green transition and climate adaptation agenda, through projects such as offshore wind, Power to X, future energy systems, coastal development and protection projects.
Reporting to the Head of HR for COWI International, you will be part of an international team of 12 HR colleagues. We enjoy working together and believe an informal and fun tone, to be an important part of going to work. We collaborate on developing ideas and support each other through sparring and collaboration on key initiatives. You will also be working together with our skilled team in Group HR, who assist on Learning and Development, Recruitment, Labour Relations and Mobility.

As there are many competing agendas, we are looking for a structured person, who can organise and lead initiatives independently. An analytical mindset and ability to speak with numbers is an advantage, in an engineering company.

You will be responsible for driving the strategic HR agenda for the BU, with special focus on leadership and organisational development, as well as:
- Be a trusted advisor for the SVP, and connect with senior leaders, and their teams to drive greater performance and employee engagement through a period of high growth
- Create the local HR strategy together with the SVP for Energy International and deliver structured support to reach the ambitions set
- Drive leadership and organisational development, to also embed strong culture and values
- Accelerate the Talent pipeline for Project Managers, Leaders and Specialists
- Increasing Diversity and Inclusion in close collaboration with the business leaders
- Drive the HR cycle of engagement survey and people review
- Implement new policies and support roll-out of Group-based initiatives
- Maturing the compliance level within HR operational processes
- Liaise between leaders and Group functions on recruitment, mobility and other people issues.
- Certification in MBTI and Papi Profiles an advantage

Other valuable experiences are:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years' experience within HR, predominantly as an HRBP
- Experience from an international environment and/or the energy sector
- Solid HR toolbox knowledge, especially Leadership and Organisational development
- Have successful track record of driving change including coaching leaders at all levels of an organisation
- Be comfortable using data, when advising the leaders on organisational decisions
- Be able to communicate fluently in English written and spoken, Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.
