JOIN OUR LABOUR RELATIONS TEAM, GROUP HR FUNCTION IN LYNGBY

You will become part of COWI's Labour Relations team in the Group HR function. As HR Administrator, you will become part of a team servicing the business with labour relation administration and advisory in connection with the administration. You will advise our internal clients on all aspects of employment, mainly focusing on making contracts, salary, policies, and administrative tasks.

As HR Administrator in COWI, you will take an active part in providing services within HR to our internal clients in COWI A/S. As a member of the Labour Relations team in Denmark, you will be working independently and constantly pursuing to optimise and improve current practices in the Group HR function.

REALISE YOUR POTENTIAL IN A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS

In this part- time position, you will join our global team of experts with strong skills and a professional mindset consisting of ten colleagues primarily located in Lyngby. You will report to Head of Section Reena Singh Justsen who also leads our Labour relations team.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Contract administration, incl. employment and executive contracts
  • Compliance with administration processes, and legal compliance in cooperation with the rest of the Labour Relations Team
  • Administration of CPH access cards and DSB-Erhvervskort
  • Administration of work-related incidents
  • Maintenance of the internal COWI Labour Relation Portal site, including the site where the business orders a contract
  • Assisting with applying for work and resident permits

Furthermore, you should:

  • Have minimum 6 months of experience working as an administrative consultant from a similar position in a large consulting firm.
  • Have hands-on experience with HR admin-work tasks and an interest in working with labour relations, including employment contracts
  • Have an understanding of maintaining and creating company policies and guidelines Has experience or interest in acting as project manager of projects related to the admin area
  • Be fluent in Danish and English both verbal and written

In order for you to be successful in the role you must:

  • Be a fast learner, especially if you do not have any experience within HR and administrative work related to HR
  • Be a team player, and enjoy winning together
  • Have a genuine capability and interest to further expand your knowledge
  • Enjoy a fast-paced working day
