JOIN OUR PEOPLE AND COMMUNICATION TEAM IN LYNGBY

In People and Communication, we are more than 130 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe.

You will be part of the HR Business Partner team in Business Line Denmark where we, in close collaboration with COWI's management teams, are responsible for delivering people processes while executing on the strategic people agenda linking strategy with organisation, and business with people.

A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER

Co-creation and collaboration are essential to us, and you will be working together with different stakeholders, including managers at all levels, to ensure implementation, integration and synergies – all in collaboration with the business and colleagues in the People and Communication department.

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Drive relevant organizational or people related initiatives to support the business agenda.
  • Translate business strategies into people and organisational priorities and resolve people issues to deliver pragmatic outcomes.
  • Drive the planning and implementation of HR activities to continuously build positive employee relations.
  • Support the leaders through the activities of supporting engagement, leadership and developing of talent, organisation and culture, supported by our annual HR cycle.
  • Act as trusted advisor by providing appropriate coaching to elevate the leadership team collectively and individually when supporting roll-out of Group based-initiatives.
  • Liaise between leaders and Group functions on matters of recruitment, mobility and other people issues to support and build leadership and ensure adequate contextual understanding.
  • Provide expert advice to COWI group functions when required e.g. Talent Management, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.

Your skills and competences are the key to our success. To succeed in this position, you are able to communicate, and build trust with your stakeholders. You are able to influence decision processes and navigate across different cultures.

Furthermore, you should:

  • Hold a degree in Cand. Merc. HRM, Cand. psych, Cand.soc or similar education
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience within HR, predominantly as an HRBP
  • Experience from an international environment and/or consulting industry
  • Solid HR toolbox, especially Talent mgmt., Leadership development and Organisational development
  • Successful track record of driving change including coaching leaders at all levels of an organisation
  • Comfortable using data, when advising the leaders on organisational decisions
  • Familiar with operational HR such as termination, mobility and grievances
  • Structured and able to prioritize the many incoming demands
  • Pro-active and resilient when working with leaders to shape the people agenda
  • Fluency in Danish and English written and spoken
