With a direct reference to our Vice President HR, you will become part of a highly skilled and professional global HR team focusing on talent acquisition, people attraction and learning & development. As Senior HR Business Partner you will have two colleagues working in a similar role and you will work closely together with your HR colleagues driving and supporting the business according to our yearly HR processes.

In the position as Senior HR Business Partner, you will take the lead on initiatives to enhance organisational development to ensure the best possible performance with the goal of achieving our business strategic ambitions.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Your ability to support the managers with their challenges and processes will be a direct reflection of your success in this role.
Personality matters
You have a Master’s degree in e.g. HR, Organisation, Strategy and Management or similar, combined with 5+ years of Business Partner experience from an international and knowledge-based organisation.
In addition, it is a requirement that you:
As a person you are respected by stakeholders, and you have a can-do mindset that enables you to translate the organisational needs into HR actions. You are used to working in a dynamic environment, where the pace is high and where you work along multiple tracks at the same time – also on an operational level. Furthermore, you have an analytic and structured approach to your work that enables you to prioritize efficiently.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.

In the position as Senior HR Business Partner, you will take the lead on initiatives to enhance organisational development to ensure the best possible performance with the goal of achieving our business strategic ambitions.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a trustworthy and professional senior business partner to managers supporting them in all HR related topics throughout the employee life cycle
- Driving multiple HR and recruitment processes across different business areas and functions
- Supporting and advise managers in HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, performance management and competency development
- Conducting HR training and support managers
Your ability to support the managers with their challenges and processes will be a direct reflection of your success in this role.
Personality matters
You have a Master’s degree in e.g. HR, Organisation, Strategy and Management or similar, combined with 5+ years of Business Partner experience from an international and knowledge-based organisation.
In addition, it is a requirement that you:
- Have strong experienced in the discipline of talent acquisition
- Are skilled in handling various HR processes
- Are independent and able to identify and prioritize your tasks and drive the HR agenda
- Have hands-on experience with a wide range of HR disciplines such as performance management, training and organizational development
