Do you have solid experience from a HR Business Partner role supporting global business functions and driving organizational development in an international setting? Organizational development, continued business value-add and day-to-day HR delivery
In this position, you will be part of the Demant HR organization. We are 30+ colleagues working closely together with a global network of HR professionals, who all support an array of Demant’s brands.

As International HR Business Partner, you will be supporting one or more global business functions. The current expectation is that this role will support Demant’s Global IT organization, covering all aspects from IT infrastructure, applications, digital customer journeys to enterprise architecture. As part of the Global IT management team, your responsibility will be to represent the HR perspective in executing the overall business strategy and our related IT strategy.

At Demant, you will experience a broad variety of challenges and opportunities where you are also involved in driving HR strategy development and implementation as well as ongoing daily operation.

Therefore, you can look forward to the following tasks:

  • HR Partnering responsibility for one of our global business functions
  • Being an integrated part of the planning and execution of the functional strategy, understanding the business context and driving organizational and people aspects
  • Being a trusted advisor to management in ensuring efficiency in organizational development and adjustments
  • Being a trusted coach and sparring partner on collaboration, change management, interpersonal relations and team dynamics
  • Driver of key leadership processes such as organizational reviews, engagement program, salary reviews, talent management and leadership development
  • Overseeing and ensuring, that daily HR tasks in “your” businesses are being performed efficiently, with a high quality and in line with our company culture and policies
  • Driving international collaboration with HR colleagues in other countries, e.g. Poland, US and Australia
  • Driving strategic HR projects, which will strengthen our efforts and continuously improve the value HR adds to the business

Summarizing all points, you will have a mix of strategic, tactical and operational activities both in the business and in HR, which will give you a wide exposure to and engagement with our leadership teams and allow you to set the scene for Demant HR.

Extensive experience and a true interest in the business
We expect you to have a relevant master’s degree with a commercial, HR or business focus. You have solid organizational change and development experience with proven results. You have a true interest in understanding the business, and you can translate that into HR action. Furthermore, you have worked for several years as a trusted HR advisor for senior management within an international setting, thereby being used to working in the typical organizational environment of a global business and have the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. You can apply your theoretical background into everyday organizational life and know and embrace that ideal circumstances are not always present. And you have high ambitions for HR and a proven track record of results that have improved HR processes, strategies and operations to the benefit of the business.

People describe you as an open person with high integrity, someone who engages with others in a direct, friendly and honest manner. You embody persistency and pragmatism, which enables you to be assertive and goal-oriented but at the same time supportive to our business. You have a good situational sense of when to drive, support, challenge and bring in new perspectives. Furthermore, you strive for a positive and engaging work environment across the entire organization leading to results.
