Strategic sparring on people and culture for Operations
The role as Senior HR Partner for Operations is an expansion of our HR team to support our growing organisation in Operations. As Senior HRP you will be responsible for supporting the managers in Operations building a healthy, thriving and high performing organization. FeMD is experiencing excellent growth, which means that our Operations run ambitious delivery plans while executing on a wide range of manufacturing development projects. This drives a need for excellent leadership across the employee lifecycle from onboarding, training, role maturing, performance management, competence developing, team development and strategic workforce planning. As HRP to operations, you are expected to be the trusted advisor on leadership, culture and organisational development for the VP of operations and the management team of approx. 20 managers.
You will report to the VP in HR and part of an ambitious and highly motivated HR team consisting of +10 colleagues in DK and 5 colleagues in Poland covering HR Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Training.
Your role
About you
You probably hold a Master’s Degree in HRM, Psychology, or similar. You are self-driven and passionate about people, leadership and organisational development, data-driven in your problem-solving and structured. You possess a hunger for driving change and you see yourself as a natural part of leading an organization. You find it easy to deliver direct feedback and you are excellent in building development programs, that are pragmatic and business oriented.

Our portfolio consists of various haemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical medical devices to perform breast biopsies. We are an international company with products registered in more than 100 countries. Our products are marketed in collaboration with global MedTech partners. New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production. And we manage the business with an uncompromising focus on quality based on current GMP requirements.

Your role
- Trusted advisor on leadership, culture and organisational development for the VP of Operations and integrated part of operations management
- Co-driver of leadership development initiatives in Operations
- Sparring partner to Operations management team on performance, terms and conditions and development processes
- Owner of HR core process deliveries incl. (but not limited to) performance management, competence development and organisational review
- SME on HR delivery model driving pragmatism and business value into HR cores processes and development initiatives.
About you

- Minimum 5 years´ experience from an HR Partner or leadership role
- Minimum 3 years' experience from leadership or HR in manufacturing
- Experience from life science and GMP regulated environment
- Experience with labour law and regulations/agreements on blue collar work.
- Taking ownership and driving change comes natural to you
- You collaborate well with managers on all levels from VP to first line manager
- You excel in stakeholder management and easily earn trust for your collaboration partners
- You have experience driving development processing and facilitating comes naturally to you
