This role is an opportunity to join the Vacuum Technique, Human Resources, Business Area team and provide high quality HR support to the Enabling Functions. The role holder will work closely with the Global HR Business Partner to deliver exceptional HR strategy to all 8 of the Enabling Functions. The role will support the delivery of People projects and initiatives to attract, develop and retain colleagues across the central teams. The job holder must be highly organised with the ability to prioritise activity in a fast paced and changing environment. They must have good project management and delivery capabilities with a strong foundation in both strategic and operational Human Resources. This role will report to the Global HR Business Partner for Enabling Functions Vacuum Technique. The role holder will be a key member of the Business Area HR team. The Enabling Functions has circa 1,200 employees to support. This opportunity provides a strong foundational experience to gain exposure across several different Strategic People projects and transition towards a Business Partnering role in the future.

Responsibilities
- The HR Advisor will need to manage people initiatives end to end, this will include understanding the project scope, stakeholder requirements, working with other COEs to ensure a seamless delivery and ensure metrics are obtained on the success of those initiatives.
- Support the Global HR Business Partner in transformation programmes across the Enabling Functions
- Support to organise and deliver various People Strategy events, training, and development sessions
- Liaise regularly with HR expertise teams as required to ensure that specialist HR activity can be effectively delivered within the functions and that local needs are considered
- Strong foundational HR knowledge to be able to advise managers on complex or escalated employment relations matters
- Collaborate with other members of the global HR team as appropriate to align ways of working and share best practice globally
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years in experience in HR with experience covering aspects of strategic people delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline would be beneficial
- CIPD qualifications would be beneficial
- Familiar working in an international, multi-brand, matrix organisation and with working with senior management
- Experience of operating a continuously changing and evolving environment
- Strong event management and delivery experience
- Strong HR project management experience
- Ability to understand and use HR Systems
