Opportunity


For our office in Odense, we are hiring an HR Crewing Assistant at our Operations department. This is a parttime position with possibilities of fulltime when and if required.

The general responsibilities consist of workforce planning, keep our crewing portal Omega up to date, update and administer crew certificates in Omega, handle invoices, order external mandatory crew courses, administer crew changes when it comes to ordering rental cars and hotels, handle surface mail and parcels.

Requirements and skills:

Experience from the maritime industry, for example nautical, seagoing, chartering, port- or agency operations, is an advantage.

Planning and scheduling experience.

Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Possess a can-do attitude

Service-minded and with a positive mindset

Strong communication skills

Fluent in Danish and some understanding of Swedish language.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

This position will be based in our office in Odense and reporting to the Crewing Manager for Denmark.
