We are adding a new position of Program Manager to our Senior Talent Acquisition Leadership team to help us drive our future Talent Acquisition and Attraction readiness.

About the position and what we offer

You will be leading our Talent Acquisition Transformation and together with the Talent Acquisition leadership team you will establish our roadmap for long term and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for ensuring that we increase TA’s capability and capacity to attract and engage with candidates around the world in a sustainable matter.

You will drive the stakeholder management and deployment of global initiatives and ensure that we implement them across the organization.

This includes working very closely with our technology function, process manager and people data & analytics teams. We expect TAA technology and automation on global scale to be a big part of our solution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build a long-term Talent Attraction and Acquisition program roadmap together with the TAA leadership team, focused on delivering high quality talent acquisition services and providing great candidate experience in a sustainable way

  • Design and manage the implementation of roadmap initiatives

  • Manage expectations, effectively communicate, and develop working relationships with cross-project stakeholders to build rapport, visibility, and credibility

  • Ensure successful communication and stakeholder management around TAA roadmap and implementation

  • Integrate Diversity & Inclusion at the core of Talent Acquisition & Attraction roadmap

  • Uphold the Maersk brand and values and business knowledge within the PPO team.


The role is based in Europe or North America and reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Attraction.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a natural executive presence towards business and senior stakeholders

  • A process and continuous improvement mindset, taking pride in delivering high quality and efficient HR services

  • Collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to achieve results

  • Candidate-centric mindset
