Join a very friendly and welcoming HR team of 5 and report to Senior HR Manager Jana, who says: "I have been with ITM8 (originally Itadel) since its establishment and am very happy our HR team has significantly grown in the course of past year, and I believe will grow even more in the future. With the recent arrival of the new Group HR Director we have a lot of great and interesting projects ahead of us, in which the new HR Generalist will participate." What will be your responsibilities?

  • Cover end-to-end employment processes under Czech law.
  • Help to prepare & execute the people & culture process & guidelines.
  • Be co-responsible for redesigning the process & guidelines, their digitalization
  • Help to implement & maintain new attendance/absence tracking systems of VISMA and TULIP.
  • Cover the employment contract management process.
  • Manage employee data and files.
  • Execute the rewarding & benefits processes & systems.
  • Execute the time/attendance data & payroll data process.
  • Actively cooperate with the approved external partners & Czech authorities.
  • Manage other HR administration standards & procedures related to employment.
  • Prepare the various surveys, reporting & statistics.
  • Be a good sparring partner for the company representatives & employees in questions of Czech labor law.

What do you bring?

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, different roles, preferably from internal HR.
  • Knowledge of CZ Labor law.
  • Conceptual and structured way of thinking, pro-digitalization approach.
  • Native Czech and advanced English.
  • Experience from the multicultural environment is an advantage.
  • Proactivity and new ideas are more than welcome.
  • Willingness to travell approx 10 days per year (to our headquarters in Denmark).
