About the job

In the role as Recruitment Specialist, you will drive the operational and strategic work, to attract and recruit our future talented employees. You will be a trusted partner to our Managers and collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners to ensure the best possible process flows.

This means you will:

  • taking lead on recruitments end-to-end
  • identifying the right recruitment channels
  • improving and aligning our recruitment process
  • maintain candidate database and talent pool and keep a good and engaging contact with all the key candidates identified
  • drive the interviews, testing and selection
  • participate in activities and projects – related to talent attraction

As a crunchy ad-on, the role includes working with and finding new ways to attract new talent to our organization. This means you will be working with employer branding in all its aspects, from strategy to rentention.

Who are you

As a person you are curious and a team player. You also have a strategic mindset and excel in building strong relations but at the same time manage to challenge the hirring Manager. Besides that, you are the type of person that thrives in a dynamic environment and loves seeking new challenges.

  • you hold a relevant masters degree
  • have minimum 2 years of experience working with recruitment
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • enjoys a busy workday and gets things done and at the same time is calm
  • you speak and write Danish and English fluently.
