Would you like to contribute to the green transition, and do you have a knack for building a strong network of technicians? Are you an experienced recruiter of technicians for the wind industry, and do you speak Polish? Then you might be the recruitment specialist we are looking for at Navitas Renewables. You can be based at our new office in Szczecin, Poland or at our office in Hedensted, Denmark. This is a key position, and you have a unique possibility of making the position your own and making your mark on the existing recruitment process.
Independent responsibility for recruitment and onboarding
Reporting to the COO, you will become part of a well-functioning team of three competent employees. Your primary job will be to ensure the right recruitment strategy and build a talent pipeline of technicians. You are capable of attracting supervisors, quality assurance, and wind turbine technicians for wind farm projects across Europe. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right competencies are available at the right time. You will be recruiting technical supervisors and site leads for both onshore and offshore wind turbine projects, ensuring thorough onboarding and great working conditions, as retention is also an important part of the job. Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented recruitment profile
You probably have relevant experience recruiting technicians from a similar role, and you preferably have knowledge of the wind industry. Regardless of your profile, you speak and write Polish and English, and you may already have built a professional network of Polish technicians which you may contact for future wind projects. Finding the right match between candidate and project is a big motivation for you, and you are driven by responsibility and wanting to optimise our business. You thrive communicating with people, and you are able to build long-term relationships. Structure and tenacity characterise your work, and you are a strong team player who understands the importance of establishing strong internal collaboration. Finally, you are motivated and driven and you thrive on challenges. You are action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and have a passionate drive for performance.

- Sourcing and recruiting Polish technical staff for onshore and offshore wind turbine projects across Europe, both through existing platforms and by establishing new ones
- Ensuring optimum onboarding of employees, including relevant courses and compliance with internal processes and procedures, depending on the project
- Building efficient recruitment and onboarding processes through systematics and structure
- Taking ownership of the in-house certificate and competence management system and ensuring that technicians hold the necessary certificates
- Participating in weekly pipeline meetings focusing on resource planning and overview
- Supporting management with relevant HR data in connection with the preparation of offers and budgetary planning
