HR Operations Specialist

European Energy is a green energy company with exponential growth. We develop, construct, and operate projects within solar- (PV) and wind farms globally, as well as Power-to-X. The HR team

We are a team of 16 HR professionals and three Student Assistants driving HR excellence. In HR we handle the full employee life cycle from talent acquisition to data management, employer branding to leadership training. We are working collaboratively, and value open communication and knowledge sharing to help each other thrive. We prioritize togetherness by celebrating important events, having common coffee breaks, and enjoying breakfast together as part of our weekly HR meeting.

How you will create an impact

We are right now building up a dedicated HR Operations team with a focus on strengthening the backbone of HR and creating best practice solutions. We already have one bright colleague in the team, but we are looking for two additional colleagues. By joining us where we are now you will have an opportunity to impact the role and help us optimize processes related to the HR life cycle.

Your primary focus will be to provide daily support to employees and leaders regarding administrative HR topics such as onboarding, the updating and use of HR systems, as well as issuing employment contracts, addendums, and salary letters amongst many other things.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop HR Operations best practices
  • Provide daily support to HR, employees, and leaders
  • Support the HR life cycle and annual processes including onboarding, leave administration, etc.
  • Report salary outside Denmark
  • Managing our HR Mailbox
  • Issue employment contracts, addendums, and salary letters

To thrive in the role we imagine you have the following competencies

  • You are fully proficient in English and Danish, oral and written.
  • You have previous experience in a similar role
  • You are detail-oriented, and structured and thrive working with administrative tasks
  • You are service-minded
