About the job:

Our People & Development department, located at our international headquarters in Aarhus, is currently seeking a highly organized and service-minded Recruitment & Training Specialist. In this role, you will play a central part in recruiting the right talent and ensuring they are supported through effective training programs. You will also provide support to our stores, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our dynamic and inspiring work environment.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within recruitment, training, and general people support, and we expect you to work independently and with great attention to detail. You will be part of a professional yet informal team, where teamwork and having fun are just as important as delivering high-quality results.

This position requires regular on-site presence at our headquarters in Aarhus

Your tasks:

Recruitment:

  • Developing and maintaining competence- and job descriptions for all roles.
  • Managing the recruitment process, from posting job ads to candidate communication and interviews.
  • Conducting candidate screening, reference checks, and providing test feedback.
  • Ensuring professional onboarding at both HQ and in stores.

Training and development:

  • Updating training material and supporting the annual training plan.
  • Organizing and delivering inspiring training programs based on the train-the-trainer model.
  • Supporting the implementation of coworker appraisals and development talks.
  • Maintaining and developing our people toolbox.

Administration & support:

  • Ensuring correct contracts for new hires and managing salary information.
  • Providing support to store managers regarding contracts, legal matters, and systems like Tamigo, Talent Recruiter, and Talent Manager.

Your compentencies:

  • Experience with recruitment processes and a good understanding of legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with candidates and colleagues.
  • You are systematic, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • You are proactive, work independently, and bring positive energy to your tasks.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with systems (Relesys, Tamigo, Talent Tech) is an advantage.
