You will join the team of Qualification and Transfer, which is responsible for training in the blade and nacelle manufacturing organizations. Here you will be working with a global team of engineers and trainers on training, evaluations and certifications
Qualification and Transfer consists of a team located in Aalborg and a team located in Brande. This position is based in Aalborg.
How to contribute to our vision
You will train new and existing local training coordinators and local training teams in managing our training record system - mainly on our onshore plants
Your key responsibilities will be handling the global training framework for the quality organization by creating and maintaining training profiles and supporting request from the organization.
You will assist in identifying the manufacturing organizations learning needs and legal requirements and serve as the link between the plants and Qualification and Transfer.
During plant openings you will assist in creating training plans and develop the local training framework by identifying training requirements.
The position is subject to change, but will remain within the area of training and training coordination

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
A person who is very customer minded, excellent in communication and can communicate on all levels of a big international organization. It is important to have a good overview and the ability to handle several assignments at the same time.
It is important you master a high level of English orally and written and it will be an advantage if you also master a high level of French.
Having worked with different cultures is an advantage, having an open mindset and being tolerant and understanding of differences is a requirement.
Preferably you have experience working in an educational department, training or coordinating training efforts, but this is not a requirement.
You can handle that the position is subject to change and that your load of work will vary.
You will be trained in the hard skills needed to manage this position during your onboarding process, therefore there is no specific educational requirement or need for experience within the wind industry.
Expect up to 10% travel.
