Are you passionate about finding and recruiting the right people for the right jobs?

You will be developing and driving an end-to-end recruitment process
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be fully responsible for leading the global recruitment agenda, processes, talent acquisitions, and activities regarding wind turbine technicians.

Maintaining close contact with your stakeholders, you will be improving efficiency, global alignment, and candidate experience. By implementing a fast, scalable, and flexible recruitment strategy supported by a branding strategy ensuring a future pipeline of skilled technicians – you will be establishing the foundation for success.

Your primary tasks will be:
  • Handling operational recruitment plans
  • Hands-on recruitment for upcoming projects
  • Development/improvement of the recruitment process and tools
  • Recruiting in new and/or low-cost countries
  • Ensuring an up-to-date list of qualified candidates – being in control of applications
  • Improving customer experience through focus, communication, and proactivity.

Trusted partner securing professional/competent experience
You have strong skills in navigating with confidence in an international matrix organization. Being a strong communicator, you create long-lasting and strong relations. Through an energetic and proactive attitude, you take the lead – and get things done.

We expect you to have broad experience within recruitment in the wind industry – including technical understanding of relevant competences. Consequently, you are likely to have a large network within the wind industry.

In your daily work, you have a high level of flexibility, the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. You have proven skills in writing job adds in English and are fluent in spoken and written English – other language skills are an advantage.

This job can be located in Romania, Poland, UK or Holland. You will be traveling for approx. 30–40 days per year, primarily to recruitment areas.
