Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for creating employment contracts and addendums for contracts for Danish and UK salaried employees. As a HR Service Coordinator, you will also play an important role in the further development and maintenance of our HR administrative processes. You will maintain our HR knowledge tools, e.g. SharePoint, templates, guidelines and policies, etc.
Other tasks:
Maintenance and daily tasks related to HR master data and the shared HR inbox Participating in projects in HR Service Ad hoc HR project and administrative tasks
You will be part our HR Service department reporting to the HR Service Manager. You will work closely with your colleagues in HR Service, as well as other HR teams; Recruitment and the HR Business partnering team. You will also cooperate and support managers from the entire business.
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has 3-5 years of experience from a similar role working with HR within a large international company. You have knowledge and experience working with the Employers' and Salaried Employees' Act, legislation in general as well as coordinating and participating in HR projects.
To succeed in this position, it is important that you are proactive and analytical, have a structured work style and are able to prioritize and balance tasks. You are a team player and you enjoy supporting and communicating with your many stakeholders.
We expect that you:
Have experience with creating employment contracts and enjoy working with deadlines Have an eye for improving processes and find it satisfying to create new solutions and develop areas within the processes Have a good understanding of IT systems /Are an experienced Excel user and have preferably worked with Microsoft Dynamics AX or alternatively another HR master data system Possess good English communication skills (verbal and written)
