This role is a maternity cover (12 months).

Key responsibilities


Your main focus will be to drive the HR Operations delivery model for the Scandinavian countries while also parts of our Danish organization in HR Business Partnering matters. We want to give our employees an exciting employee experience and to make that happen we need you to:

• Support the execution of all employee related data maintenance in collaboration with outsourcing team and proactively support employees and managers in how to navigate the systems.
• Support the execution of the end-to-end payroll process ensuring high quality, timeliness, completeness and correctness in collaboration with external vendors
• Actively participate in service management meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Drive continues improvement work on different processes in collaboration with your HR team.
• Drive and implement ad-hoc HR projects and/or new employee policies
• End-to-end responsibility for processes related to Rewards (salary reviews, incentives etc)
• Supporting employees and leaders in HR matters

We are looking for


We believe that the ideal candidate is/has:

• a structured self starter that has the ability to see the details while also being able to put this in a broader context
• well developed administrative and coordination skills
• the ability to identify areas of improvement and to implement solutions for same
• some experience in HR Business Partnering
• a team player with a flexible and humble approach
• very good skills in MS Office. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• the ability to talk to everyone and create trustworthy relationships
• fluent in the English and Danish language
• a university background within HR, economics or business administration is an advantage
