Rains has an open position as HR Manager, reporting directly to the CEO. Working base is at the headquarters in Skejby/Aarhus.

The responsibilities are:
- Recruitment process and ensuring an effective onboarding.
- Employer branding, improve employee engagement and build talent resource plans
- Development, planning and execution of activities in an “Annual HR Wheel”.
- To initiate and run various business relevant HR initiatives.
- Establish online HR system.
- To collect, analyze and react on HR KPI’s, i.e. competence development etc.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
As HR Manager, you must have an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with empathetic skills. Ideally, you have worked in environments closely to the CEO / founders of the company.
The following experiences are preferred:
- Experience from a similar position in an international fast-growing organization.
- Knowledge of current HR employment legislation.
- Advising managers at all levels on organizational matters.
- Formulating and advising on HR policies and procedures.
- Skilled communicator at all levels, internally as well as externally.
- Ideally you have an HR related educational background on a master level or equivalent.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Skilled team builder / team player who work through your enthusiasm and excitement.
- Informal, easy going, hands-on person with drive, high energy level and persistence.
- Able to deep dive into details of the business, remained focused on the big picture.
- Good sparring-partner to management and head of departments.
