Key Responsibilities
In this team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life of a Recruitment and Internal Mobility team interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. The team is administrating the recruitment process for external as well as internal mobility. This is a way for you to turn theory from e.g. data collection, communication etc. into practice. Potentially, you can seek the opportunity to gain further insight to our business as an intern or in connection with your Bachelor or Master Thesis.
Overall, with the varying day-to-day tasks and approximately 15-20 hours per week, you are responsible of managing and shaping your daily tasks. You will be given a clear area of responsibility which to a certain extent will depend on your experience, personality and educational background. There will be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks and projects across the team.

- Supporting the recruitment process;
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks related to all administrative activities; booking interviews, document overviews, job advertisement writing, and candidate contact etc.;
- Working with various internal and external stakeholders;
- Being a part of the Employer Branding scope;
- Recruitment partner for student assistants, running the entire recruitment process form end-to-end, including facilitating interviews, supporting managers in the decision and acting as the HR-professional.
