As a student assistant in the HR Department, you will have the opportunity to gain insight on the daily HR work in order broaden your own professional horizon. You will act as a light secretary function and be a support for the CoDir-team. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to work with various internal and external stakeholders and have a broad range of daily contact with all HR functions in Esbjerg.

Key Responsibilities
Overall, with the varying day-to-day tasks and approximately 15-20 hours per week, you are responsible of managing and shaping your daily tasks together with the HR Team.

You will assist with a wide range of tasks within the HR team:
  • Administrative support for the HR CoDir-members
  • Data gathering and report creation upon request
  • Preparing Presentations
  • Support in Project work
  • Support in terms of improving data quality
  • Assist in creating procedures
  • Support facilitations and set up meetings when rolling out HR projects, campaigns and processes
  • Coordinate HR campaigns and activities
  • Support meetings in terms of creating summaries, chase actions, follow up and support the HR activity plan
  • Support internal HR programs through the breakdown of silos, role modelling of correct behaviors and standing together value
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects within HR
