Your Position
You will be part of our skilled HR team in HR Services where we are responsible for global HR advice, HR systems, processes, tools, and templates. With the growth of Semco Maritime, we have an important task to make sure that we have strong and known processes and guidelines for managers and employees. You can provide legal support on all matters from contract details, sickness, termination, up- and downsizing. You will work closely with the business and our skilled colleagues both in Denmark and globally. You will refer to our Head of HR Services, Maibrit Lykke.
Your task and responsibilities
The position allows for independent responsibilities within the full HR pipeline. A position mostly behind the scenes and with a strong influence. We have a broad business set-up with both Oil & Gas and Renewable providing different and challenging projects, where we advise and deliver HR service and context around this to support our global organization.

- Provide legal support and guidance in HR-related queries in compliance and according to legislation and business strategy
- Responsible for leading the employee survey process, exit survey, on-boarding survey and pulse surveys and deliver quarterly statistic to the business on this
- Optimizing HR Processes and ways of working
- Support the implementation of Semco new People system (CatalystOne) to become HR Operational Excellence
- Support your colleagues with HR guidance and knowledge
Your profile and qualifications

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have:
- Strong knowledge in Danish labour law/employment law and experience in providing legal guidance connected to the full employment lifecycle
- Flair for HR-related IT systems like HR system, survey tool and ticket system
- Data- and process driven
- Experience in Microsoft Office especially within Excel and PowerPoint
- Integrity and ability to act with full discretion
- Strong communication skills in writing and speech both Danish and English
