Your position
As our new Recruitment Partner, you will join our HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition team in attracting the best candidates for our fast-growing organization. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of passionate HR professionals, collaborate with innovative leaders and contribute to an organization that is driving real change in the global energy industry. As the focal point for domestic and international recruitment activities, you will act as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers in ensuring that the top talents of today and tomorrow are identified, attracted and onboarded.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. As we have multiple locations in Denmark, you should expect to travel to our Danish locations for interviews 10-20 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates across a diverse range of professions, including engineering, technology and sales. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless and successful experience for both candidates and the organization.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Advising and supporting hiring managers on recruitment related activities
  • Identifying job requirements and determining qualification criteria for candidates
  • Crafting sourcing strategies through multiple channels, in particular LinkedIn
  • Creating and posting job ads on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Driving competency-based interviews with feedback on personality profiles and cognitive assessments
  • Contributing to the development of creating a strong employer brand

Your profile & qualifications
We are seeking a people person with a passion for making meaningful connections. As an individual, you should be naturally curious, love meeting new people and have no fear of challenging the status quo. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business, a high level of drive, and a desire to work in talent acquisition within a technically oriented organization.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • An educational background in HR or a similar relevant field
  • +3 years’ experience within recruitment, preferably in a technical organization within the energy sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with searching candidates through LinkedIn
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written and an advantage if you also speak and write Danish
