In DLG HR we are responsible for supporting our business strategy and develop our employees and organization through our leaders, value creating actions and effective processes. We are a new team of 15 employees, and we strive every day to contribute to leading the way as a leading company within agriculture in Denmark and Europe and create value for DLG, our customers and owners.
Right now, we are looking for a colleague who can contribute to our team and fill a position as HRIS senior consultant.
The position
We are looking for an HRIS senior consultant with a flair for IT, data and project management in relation to the development and maintenance of DLG’s digital HR processes together with several departments. Together with your colleagues in HR you ensure that HR processes and offerings are constantly developed and optimized and provides optimal system support to our business, both when it comes to user friendliness and general demand for functionality.
Your primary tasks will be development and operation of DLG’s HR system (SuccessFactors), including cross-functional projects in connection with system integration and the development of these. You will be responsible for driving and participating in various larger and smaller projects in relation to HR’s IT solutions and master data.
Business understanding, customer satisfaction and a stable HR system
Key words in the job are customer satisfaction, experienced by HR colleagues and the organization. As a person you are an open and accommodating team player and a strong communicator, which you show in the dialogue with both HR colleagues, leaders and employees at different levels in the organization, and external partners. You share your perspectives and professional knowledge, and at the same time you are curious of others’ needs. You thrive in a dynamic environment, and with a good overview you plan your day, focusing on the most important priorities, cross-functional co-operation, and deadlines.
Your qualifications and background
We expect that you
Have a relevant degree or corresponding practical experience
Have experience working in the field between HR and IT
Have solid experience with HR processes, system support, digital solutions and 1-2 years’ experience with SuccessFactors
Have expertise and experience within the maintenance of master data
Have an analytical mindset, which enables you to make reports, key figures and analyses for both internal HR colleagues and for leaders in the rest of the organization
Have the ability to plan, structure and execute smaller and larger projects, and constant prioritization of tasks in co-operation with the rest of the HR team, so that tasks are delivered within deadline
Are credible, responsible and have focus on precision
Are capable of critical thinking and have the ability to transform business needs to technical IT solutions.
You have several years’ documented experience from a similar position and have already experience with the use of HR systems. You are part of an international workplace, and speak and write English fluently, and are willing to learn Danish. Your primary focus in this position will be Denmark.
You will report to the HR director, and enter into a professional co-operation with the IT department.
