Their core business includes reselling and physical supply of marine fuels, oil terminal operations and ship-owning activities on a global level. Monjasa has 14 offices in 12 different countries and with increased business activity, an expanding fleet of tankers and terminal operations. The Monjasa Group also includes the offshore ship-owning company CBED Floating Hotels and RelateIT, who specialises in ERP and IT infrastructure solutions.
Monjasa has experienced significant growth over recent years with a clear ambition to develop the business and organization even further. These expectations acquire the continued focus on hiring, developing and retaining great people who can contribute to the development of the business but also collectively live the Monjasa values. To support this, Monjasa is looking for a Global Recruitment manager to drive the global recruitment strategy and recruitment operations across the Monjasa Group.
As Global Recruitment Manager, you will join the Global HR team, currently consisting of 11 employees, working both globally and regionally with Business Partnering, Recruitment, Academy, Legal & Compliance and Payroll. Due to the size of the company, the role will be two sided, with the global responsibility for recruitment as well as regional responsibility for HR Business Partnering for Northwest Europe (Denmark), the Mediterranean (Cyprus and Greece) as well as CBED.
As Global Recruitment Manager, it will be your responsibility to further develop and drive the global recruitment strategy across the group.
Your responsibilities will also cover:
- Establish and maintain rigorous recruitment procedures, practices, policies, system and ensure relevant assessment tools.
- Ensure efficient local attraction strategies for all entities, consistent employer branding in cooperation with communication department.
- Develop recruitment competencies in each region.
- Identify and cultivate good relations with relevant external partners (recruitment agencies, headhunters etc.).
- Overall responsible for global Monjasa Oil & Shipping Trainee recruitment campaign.
- Drive recruitment processes for senior positions globally
- Responsible for content of Career site.
As HR Business Partner for Northwest Europe and Mediterranean regions, it will be your responsibility to support and coach managers and employees within the regions.
Your responsibilities will also cover:
- Provide input and sparring on organizational development and workforce planning within designated business areas.
- Provide general HR legal advice to designated business areas in hiring/firing practices.
- Provide leadership development and coaching to relevant managers/employees.
- Act as local point of contact for the designated business areas.
- Support the strategic development concerning HR operations and execution of initiatives.
- Conduct relevant educational workshops globally.
Based in Fredericia, you will report to the Group HR Director. Since the role is global you should expect between 30 to 40 travelling days per. year.
Experienced Recruiter with great “people instinct” and strong business acumen.
We expect you to hold a relevant academic background within human related subjects, but more importantly, you have min. 8 years of experience from a similar role working with global recruitment, preferably in a both strategic and operational role converting strategy into action. Through your professional career you have gained profound knowledge of recruitment in general, i.e., best practices, interview techniques, relevant assessment tools as well as employer branding. You have strong business acumen and cultural understanding and can interact with stakeholders at all levels. You are an excellent communicator and can communicate fluently in English both oral and in writing.
You are outgoing, has great “people instinct” and loves the interaction with people across countries and cultures. You have a curious mindset, both in the business as well as in general and how that can impact HR trends.
