JOB TITLE - Senior Manager People Development
LOCATION - Copenhagen (HQ)
HOURS – Full time
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager of People Development to join our new established team. As the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our people development strategies, fostering employee growth, and driving a performance culture across . This role requires someone who can learn fast, build strong relationships with the business, and go above and beyond to deliver results. You will be reporting to the People Development Director and be an integral part of the Global People & Culture team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
• Drive leadership and talent agendas to ensure we deliver on company strategy ambitions
• Lead & develop leadership concepts and initiatives to foster employee engagement and a performance culture
• Lead & develop talent concepts, initiatives and processes to grow capabilities across the company
• Facilitate leadership and talent development sessions online and face to face
• Host and facilitate senior leaders’ network and development journey
• Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and deliver targeted solutions
• Support succession planning efforts across the organization
• Contribute to employee engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives
• Actively participating in post-merger integration efforts to onboard new businesses into STG
• Staying current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Demonstrating willingness to tackle challenges and find solutions, even when faced with obstacles
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
• 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related fields
• Proven track record of successfully implementing leadership & talents development initiatives
• Experience from a combined office and manufacturing environments is a plus
• Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and employee engagement principles
• Excellent facilitation capabilities including facilitating to a wide audience, online and face to face
• Expertise in designing talent and leadership concepts and frameworks
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly connect with business leaders
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Results-oriented with a hands-on approach to execution
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional projects
• Resilience and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals
• Relevant Master degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
• International experience or exposure to global organizations is preferred
