The position

In HR we bring effective and structured end-to-end HR operations in-line with the business strategy and at the same time our deliverables are valuable to the organisation.

As a student assistant in HR Denmark you will report to the Manager, HR Denmark and will work closely with Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver key HR administrative support for the business and join projects that connect business and people.

You will be working with:

  • Assisting with continuous improvement of HR-admin processes
  • Initiating and supporting regional employer branding activities
  • Recruitment support to HR Business Partners by coordinating admin tasks
  • Updating employee master data in our HR system
  • Assisting with updating policies and guidelines
  • Supporting colleagues responsible for career fairs
  • Maintaining and developing our HR SharePoint site
  • Assisting in smaller projects
  • Archiving (physical and digital)
  • Ad hoc assignments and support


What we seek

We expect:

  • You have just started your masters’ degree in Human Resources or similar
  • You can communicate well in both spoken and written Danish & English
  • You are used to working in Word/Power Point/Microsoft Office
  • You are structured and can work independently
  • You are a team player and always up for a challenge
  • You have a positive mindset and enjoy the support role where no task is trivial
  • You like to learn new things

Your working hours will be approximately 12 hours per week. During exams and project periods the working hours can be flexible. The position is placed at ALK’s Headquarter in Hørsholm and the job start is January 2021.
