To become even better at supporting the Danish organization of over 1000 employees, we are in the middle of establishing a brand new team: HR Support Denmark. Stepping into our HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of this journey along with 4 recruitment and business partnering colleagues – supporting management becoming even better leaders.

Together with one of our Senior HR Business Partners, you will support our Global Operations, covering QA, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering and Procurement. Here, you will take up a two-fold role, supporting managers at team lead and head of level with recruitment and business partnering tasks.

With a proactive approach, you will:
- Support and guide hiring managers with recruitment processes from A-Z, where you are especially engaged with personality tests and 2nd interviews to make sure we get the right match onboard
- Act as an entrusted advisor and sounding board to management through day-to-day support
- Manage HR people cycle processes, e.g. onboarding of managers and driving performance and development processes as well as people surveys and results
- Support the Senior HR business partner in data analysis – e.g. salary analyses – to make our HR function even more data-driven
Recruiter talent with a thirst for more
You enjoy running recruitment processes, but you are ready to take the next step in your career and eventually establish yourself as an entrusted business partner within an exciting multinational company. It will fit you just right because you are the kind of person who wants to know what is happening across the organisation and proactively reaches out to people to make your HR expertise available. Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have a relevant master’s degree
- Have managed recruitments for 2+ years as part of a recruitment agency or a global organisation
- Have experience driving profile assessments and interviews – it would be a plus if you are certified in SHL, but it is not a prerequisite
- Are good at communicating with people from different functions and levels, and it is a huge plus if you have experience with recruiting highly specialised profiles
- Speak and write English and Danish fluently
