At Coloplast, you will join our centre of excellence in the Talent & Leadership Development team with six fellow HR development managers dedicated to talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, talent & leadership development, employer branding and much more. Additionally, you will join a strong and global HR community where People and Culture has impact and is represented in our executive leadership team.
Being in a development team, we are constantly working to improve processes and concepts supporting and servicing our global organisation as we interact with multiple stakeholders across the organisation. Thus, you will be stepping into a truly international environment and a team that collaborates closely on solving the tasks at hand, though with a high level of expertise.

Being an organisational change-agent supporting our leaders’ development
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering our talent and leadership portfolio and a new development practice that will set the standard for developing people in our organisation. Additionally, you will manage, facilitate, and conduct workshops, training, TTTs for a wide range of leaders, managers, and groups of talent.
Moreover, you will be instrumental in facilitating, driving, and mobilising people to change their leadership practice and behaviour. You will assist in a larger cultural rollout of our new leadership framework. Here your expertise within change management will get to truly shine as you help tackle the rollout and support actual organisational and behavioural change.
Talent and Leadership Development Manager
With a positive mindset and sharply honed communication skills you know how to build solid relationships and create buy-in across all levels of an organisation when presenting new programmes and concepts. What sets you apart is your creativity, your ability to communicate both written and “on the stage”, and your will to get things done and implemented. You are comfortable with building relationships, taking centre stage when hosting workshops and you are right at home in an international and collaborative environment.

Furthermore, you:
- Preferably, hold a master’s degree and have +5 years of solid experience with talent and leadership development, this includes experience with designing workshops and programmes
- Have experience with larger organisational and cultural change projects from other sizable corporations
- Preferably have in depth knowledge within topics like collaborations, inclusion and diversity, talent management, leadership and resilience
- Have experience with coaching, team development and facilitation
- Are a gifted storyteller who knows how to present the good narratives to top management in a simple manner
- Are fluent in English speech and writing
