Welcome to HR Support – we handle recruitments
At our global HQ in Humlebæk you will be joining our newly established HR Support team consisting of the Head of HR Support, 1 Recruitment Partner and 2 HR Business Partners. The team provide support to all functions within our HQ, assisting with recruitments for positions within Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations as well as for Finance, Procurement, Tax and Legal. In other words, recruitments ranging from the scientific specialist to the back-office generalist.

Likewise, you can look forward to working closely with hiring managers at all levels, providing you with valuable insight into every aspect of our business and the specialist positions we offer,” explains Head of HR Support Anders Toft.

Become a trusted and value adding partner on recruitments
As Recruitment Researcher your key task will be to help colleagues across our organisation find the perfect fit for hard-to-fill specialist and leadership positions. You do so by establishing a clear understanding of job requirements, developing and executing sourcing strategies, identifying and contacting top talent, as well as screening and assessing candidates.

When introducing candidates to Coloplast, you act as the Coloplast ambassador leaving them with a positive recruitment experience. Likewise, you guide hiring manager to do the same thus strengthening our employer brand.

In short, your tasks include:

  • Finding and contacting candidates through direct search e.g. via LinkedIn
  • Working closely with Recruitment Partner, HR Business Partners as well as the business to ensure that recruitments are proactively managed
  • Challenging hiring manager on requirements, developing search plans and candidate maps for specific positions as well as using appropriate search tools and sourcing channels
  • Continuously assessing future talent needs and building external candidate pipelines across functions
  • Ensuring that we stay on top of search technology trends and contribute to continuous improvement of our search approach
  • Making sure processes are optimized and matching future needs
  • Handling various ad hoc tasks such as market research, assessment process optimization, candidate experience, data analysis etc.

For selected recruitments you will also act as Recruitment Partner taking the recruitment process all the way through to the end. This includes facilitating interviews, providing test feedback to candidates etc.

Recruitment experience and great communication skills
You excel when it comes to creating structure, setting deadlines and managing concurrent tasks and processes. You know how to navigate, interact and provide support to colleagues at all levels, making you a great partner and support throughout the recruitment process. Moreover, your great communication skills enable you to provide professional advice and you are not afraid to challenge hiring managers on requirements etc. Moreover:

  • You bring a couple of years of recruitment experience from either a recruitment agency or having worked in a similar position within a company
  • You have solid search experience and know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter
  • You have experience with managing recruitment processes from A-Z this includes having interviewed candidates and providing test feedback
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • It is an advantage if you are certified in personality assessment if not, we will help you add this to your resume
