The HR Process Excellence Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the People & Culture function globally. This role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. The specialist will work closely with HR leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

As a HR Process Excellence Specialist at Milestone, your day is driven by key responsibilities:
1. Process Analysis and Improvement
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and process mapping to streamline HR processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.

    If you possess:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on process improvement or operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
