In your role you will support the [xxxxx] business, the managers and employees both locally and globally, working with the complete HR lifecycle. You have a strong understanding of global HR practices and the ability to manage HR operations across multiple regions. This role is key in supporting our diverse workforce of 30 nationalities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes on a global scale.

You will report to the CHRO and work closely with our HR Business Partners. We have a great collaboration in our team, and we work ambitiously together in supporting the [xxxxx] business and strategy. You will be located in Copenhagen, at our headquarters.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full employee life cycle administration, incl. all relevant documentation ensuring compliance with [xxxxx]'s quality standards and legal obligations
  • Offer extensive HR support, advise employees and managers about policies and administrative matters
  • Run payroll for Denmark, US and UK in collaboration with Finance and external payroll partners
  • Participate and drive global and local HR projects as defined in HR Strategy Plan for the current year
  • Maintain and ensure global HR data is up to date, liaising with managers across the business to ensure accurate and authorized data (365 Dynamics and BambooHR)
  • Design and develop HR Management reporting
  • Participate in developing and updating [xxxxx] HR Policies

Your profile

  • You focus on quality in your deliverables as this is key to us, combined with a proactive approach, good communication skills, and focus on solutions
  • 3 - 5 years of experience working in the role as HR Coordinator in an international setting
  • Experience with Danish personnel and employment law
  • Experience with working with ERP and HR systems
  • Solid Excel skills and experience with designing and preparing HR reports
  • Working in a structured manner to meet deadlines and to be able to prioritize
  • Experience participating in international and cross functional projects
  • Fluency in English with full professional working proficiency
