JOIN OUR LABOUR RELATIONS TEAM, GROUP HR FUNCTION IN LYNGBY
As a legal consultant, you will become part of a team servicing the business with labour relation advisory and administration and will advise our internal clients on all aspects of employment including employment legislation, contracts, salary, policies, and much more. You will also be working on various HR projects both locally and globally i.e. updating contract templates, Staff Manual, new Danish Holiday Act etc.
A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with Head of Labour Relations and Mobility. You will be responsible to take an active part in providing legal services within HR to our internal clients in COWI A/S
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Labour relations advisory, incl. long-term illness, warnings, dismissals etc.
- Contract administration, incl. employment and executive contracts
- Responsible for compliance with Danish legislation and administration processes
- Maintenance of the COWI Staff Manual in Denmark
- Maintenance of the internal COWI Labour Relation Portal site
- Project management responsibility for various annual HR processes

- You are a fast learner, especially if you do not have any experience within labour relations and project management
- You adjust easily to change and enjoy that not two days are similar
- You know your legal tool box and be willing to apply it from day one
- You have a genuine capability and interest to further expand your legal knowledge
Furthermore, you should:
- Hold a master's degree within law (cand.jur or similar)
- Have approx. 0-3 years of experience
- Have experience or interest in working with labour relations, including employment contracts, executive contracts, warnings, dismissals, salary review, long-term illness, parental leave and holiday
- Have knowledge about or interest in international employment and labour law
- Have an understanding of maintaining and creating company policies and guidelines
- Have experience or interest in acting as project manager of projects related to labour relations
- Be fluent in Danish and English both oral and written
