Bunker Holding is looking for an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join us and support our business in a permanent position based in our headquarter in Middelfart.

Reporting to the Director of Group HR & Communications, you will be working together with the local HR team and provide efficient HR administrative support and services to the managers and employees worldwide. Managing and ensuring accurate HR service in line with business priorities
As an HR Operations Coordinator, you play an active and vital role within our HR team to enable it to optimise its effectiveness as well as building and maintaining effective working relationships throughout the business at all levels. Furthermore, your responsibility entails:

  • Being an essential part of the initial HR point of contact for all admin-related HR questions
  • Drafting, designing, and handling quarterly Management HR reports.
  • Ensuring accurate usage and management of HR systems, with a specific focus on our HRIS (Talentsoft)
  • Administer our HR database and other HR systems; employee data; auto-signatures, employee pictures, GDPR, etc
  • Managing the administration in relation to our internal academy BHIBA. This means handling all preparations, offer ongoing support during the courses as well as following up once completed.
  • Organising and drafting educational documents, course registration, booking, and arranging necessary seminars, business travels, hotel-booking, meeting rooms, etc.
  • Managing and handling selected HR administration communication processes targeted at our employees.
  • Assist in various company-wide HR related activities and tasks ranging from arrangements to employee health & safety procedures.

Proactive team player with attention to details and a strong interest in HR
We imagine that you hold a relevant business degree, e.g. within Communications, HR or similar, and have advanced English and Danish skills, both written and spoken. You bring at least 4 years of experience working with HR operations and administration from an international setup. In addition, you master using modern HR systems, Microsoft Office and know how to handle confidentiality.

On a personal level, you are detail-oriented and have a thorough and structured approach to your tasks at hand. You have great planning and organisational skills and you enjoy stakeholder- and project management at all levels. Finally, you are comfortable supporting the HR management team across functions as well as advising various stakeholders with day to day HR related queries.
