We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible our recruitment efforts across all our lines of business in the Nordics. This will include specific assignment management from junior level positions all the way up to senior roles.
The Role
As Nordic Recruiter, you will drive end-to-end recruitments in the region. You will manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process, from internal approval processes to candidate management, to interview process to the hiring of the ideal candidate.
You partner with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements and overall recruiting strategy, and work seamlessly with Recruiting, Business and HR teams to execute.
You champion inclusion and diversity (I&D) to promote an inclusive culture, one that respects each other's differences and celebrates what's unique about each of us.
We are implementing a new applicant tracking system which we will explore together.
About you
As an experienced recruiter you have practiced the end-to-end recruitment process in compliance with corporate strategy, policies and processes.
You possess great stakeholder relationship and team skills. You develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources efficiently.
You are experienced with applicant tracking systems and assessment tools
Furthermore, you have a proven track record within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where you independently handle and deliver multiple recruitments.
Fluent spoken and written communication skills in Danish, English or one of the Scandinavian languages
Demonstrable success leveraging direct sourcing strategies and tools is a plus
