HR Assistant – Danish and international HR
GreenPeas A/S is looking for a proactive and reflective HR Assistant to be part of a new and visionary HR department. The main task will be to assist the HR coordinator in the recruitment processes for GreenPeas A/S locally and internationally.
GreenPeas A/S
GreenPeas is the biggest European producer of fresh green peas used as a rich protein snack. The company consists of a group of fully connected employees and a group of seasonal employees. GreenPeas is an innovative company with big ambitions where we put ideas into action.
The production takes place in different countries with the main production in Denmark and Portugal. The HR Assistant is centralized in Denmark.
The green peas are picked by hand by 300 - 400 persons in the period March-September.
About the role
You will join a fast-growing and successful agricultural company, where nothing is impossible. You will be part of the Talent Acquisition, where the most important task will be to prepare and implement a strategy for the recruitment of relevant employees both locally and internationally. HR responsibility is that the human values are integrated into all the company´s processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Recruitment activities from A-Z.
- Assist in planning, supporting, and executing activities in our annual wheel of employees related activities.
- Planning, supporting, promoting and participating in external events (e.g. relevant fairs, international networking events for students, etc.)
- Assist in building and structuring the concept of human welfare and relationship management in the company.
- HR administration e.g., payroll, control of employment contracts, registrations to different authorities, etc.
- Practical ad hoc tasks.
Background
You do not necessarily need experience in the field, but to be successful you must possess some basic skills and ambitions:
- Passionate and people-oriented, comfortable engaging and building relations.
- Highly motivated, motivation is everything when it comes to making a difference.
- Willing to learn, you do not need to know everything – the important thing is that you are, ongoingly, willing to learn.
- Proactive with a high level of self-control and mental strength.
- Linguistically proficient in English, Romanian, and possibly other European languages.
