About the position
Based at the headquarter in Roskilde you will join the Talent & Workforce team which is part of People & Culture in BEC. The team is responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition and employer branding strategy. Our approach to talent attraction and the initiatives we launch, will be closely linked to workforce planning, since an important parameter for our success will be to ensure that BEC in the short term - as well as in the long term have the right competences available to meet the expectations from our clients in the financial sector.
As a Recruitment Partner you will provide support and advice to dedicated business areas in BEC and work closely with the managers to ensure an effective and a high-quality recruitment process. You will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from a-z including:
• Start-up meetings with hiring managers
• Drafting and posting job descriptions
• Proactively find and source candidates matching the requirements in the position
• Conduct interviews including use of relevant assessment tools
• Secure candidate reference checks with selected candidates
Throughout the recruitment process you will act as an advisor and a sparring partner to the hiring manager with the aim of ensuring the best possible foundation for making qualified hiring decisions.
In the position you will moreover be responsible for tasks related to employer branding and workforce planning. From time to time you will also be assigned to work on cross-disciplinary HR projects.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate for the position comes with a relevant educational background at master’s level and experience from a similar position working with talent acquisition in a tech environment or a related area. Our new colleague preferably has a background working as a Talent Sourcer or Research Consultant in a search agency combined with some years of in-house recruiter experience.
As a person it is important that you can identify with the following:
The working language in BEC is English. Hence, professional proficiency in English verbally and written is required in the position.

We are a fintech company with branches in Denmark and Poland. We create financial solutions for approximately 25% of the Danish bank customers. We make it possible for them to check their account online, pay their bills and transfer money. In other words, everything it takes to run a bank.
