As our Talent Attraction Specialist, you will be focused on ensuring we hire the right people at the right time while providing the best candidate experience. This includes aligning hiring needs with business growth and talent strategy to help build a strong foundation for the future of our organization.
More specifically, you will be:

Therefore, you will receive mentoring and be given thorough training in our organization, purpose, and our values, as these are the key elements in our recruitment. You will also be certified in our assessment tools and experience an environment where your development matters.

With direct reference to our Head of P&C Global Excellence & Operations, you will become a part of a close-knit group consisting of 9 colleagues, all working together to deliver exceptional employee experiences throughout the entire lifecycle. We are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist who is motivated by finding the right talent and driving change in our global recruitment process. You will achieve this by meeting your surroundings with a smile and establishing a trustful environment with candidates and hiring managers.

- Leading the end-to-end recruitment process from preparing job profiles and search to interviewing, selection, and contracting
- Guiding and coaching hiring managers on hiring strategy, best practices, interviews, and selection
- Conducting interviews, including assessment interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers
- Contributing to ongoing recruitment improvement projects and tasks

- Hold a relevant master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar
- Have minimum a few years of experience with recruitment – preferably from tech and energy industry
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation
- Have a curious, customer-oriented mindset
- Are characterized by adequate extroversion and a mix of high drive, result, and process orientation
