Administrative support – HR systems & processes Executive support to Group Managing Director Are you an efficient and hands-on administrator who makes sure that practical tasks, processes and systems are handled professionally? And are you motivated by a versatile role where management support, HR administration and professional communication are key elements? We are looking to hire a new team member who is highly motivated by playing a key role in an international environment providing administrative support to HR and Management.

In this role you will act as a shared resource to our Group Managing Director and to the HR function. You will report to the Group HR Director.

In HR you willl play a core role in the continued development and digitalisation of HR processes and systems and your key responsibilities will be:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating core HR tools, processes, procedures and activities
  • Superuser and co-administrator for our HR recruiting tool and HR information system including day-to-day user support on all HR systems
  • Coordination of onboarding and company wide training activities
  • Data analysis and dashboard reporting
  • Internal communication
  • Ad hoc employee event planning and HR project participation

Supporting our Group Managing Director and the Management team your key focus will be:
  • Communication from GMD, internal and external
  • Support with reporting, minutes, presentations and communication in relation to both the BoD and key customers
  • Administrative support on legal documentation
  • Ad hoc assistance with sales management activities
  • Ad hoc calendar and travel planning

An international profile with a service-oriented mind-set and passionate about HR and business You are dedicated and you work independently with your assignments. You are an excellent and professional communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English. You have strong administrative skills and a hands-on mentality combined with a follow-through attitude. Your attention to detail is high and you have an organised work approach and a strong focus on delivering high quality work.

You have an interest in and flair for working with IT systems and process digitalisation. Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage but not a requirement. The ideal candidate comes with a relevant degree at minimum a Bachelor’s level and experience from a similar role.
