Lyras is a Danish company with international reach and with a focus on the B2B market. We design and manufacture UV-systems – a process called Raslysation. The systems can be implemented in all liquid food processing industries, but our main focus is on the dairy industry. By using our equipment, the producer can save up to 90% of the energy and 60% of the water elsewise consumed in the pasteurization process.

Our supply chain team have 2 dedicated colleagues who support and help each other. You will become an important part of the team and help structure the processes and manage the supply chain.

Our supply chain team have 2 dedicated colleagues who support and help each other. You will become an important part of the team and help structure the processes and manage the supply chain.
Your primary tasks:
- Handling daily purchase orders, send out purchase orders and receive confirmation
- Act on action lists in the ERP system
- Close communication with suppliers to ensure deliveries via Phone or mail
- Invoice workflow/edits and approval in ERP system
- Ensuring agreed KPIs are obtained
- Maintaining master data in the ERP system according to internal procedures
Your secondary tasks:
- Vendor and category responsible, occasionally in corporation with a Strategic Purchaser
- Commercial handling of claims towards suppliers
- Handling of inbound and external logistics
- Benchmark cost and terms within own or defined buyer groups/suppliers
- Own projects: Benchmarking on existing suppliers and send out RFQ
Qualifications:
We expect that you have been working with supply chain in a manufacturing company and have previous experience as a Purchaser.
We value:
- Experience and that you are comfortable with handling suppliers and have daily dialogue with these
- Fluent in Danish and English in both written and spoken
- ERP experience – we use Business Central
- That you are structured, analytical, responsible, and curious about obtaining new knowledge
- A willingness to be the front runner on new tasks and have a great mood
